To support companies to obtain maximum advantage of the new electronic platform created with the advent of the electronic fiscal documents (NF-e and CT-e), CCDE offers for centralized reception, verification and validation services for received documentation, along with its integration into our clients’ management systems.
Fiscal documents sent by e-mail can be centrally received through CCDE, eliminating security and administration issues. The authenticity and integrity of each received document are automatically verified with SEFAZ and the valid documents are transmitted in packs to the destination company, following pre-established periodicity.
Further, CCDE clients can define their own validation rules. This way the received documents are automatically separated according to defined criteria. The documents that do not follow the specified criteria may also be addressed to Support Services’ area, for followup/ support with suppliers, therefore adding value to clients.
Plug-in connectors are available to most usual ERP systems in the market (such as SAP, Microsiga, Oracle and Datasul), and a consultants team with proper expertise is available to develop tailored projects assisting with the integration of received documents and clients’ management systems.
