CCDE portal services enable users’ interactivity with the operating platform, working as the main entrance door to the company.
Built on a 100% secure environment, using HTTPS protocol and data encryption resources, it allows each user to access their respective documents.
It presents two password levels, with virtual keyboard feature, allowing transactions to be recorded and validated, granting transparency and credibility to documentation workflow between issuing and final destination parties.
From a user-friendly interface, built to provide faster and more productive navigation, users are able to see their received documents, accept it, or yet, decline and immediately send it back to the issuer, explaining the reason the documentation was rejected.
Small organizations can also issue their NF-e and CT-e directly from the portal.
In the same way, the documentation issuing environment can be used by any CCDE client as a contingency alternative.
For any issued document, the user always has the history file associated to the document, available for future reference, in case of tracking it to know when it was received and moreover, if the documentation was accepted or not.
Additionally, users can count on a tool set to configure e-mail alerts and instant messages (SMS) for events on which they want to be notified.
